Trades chosen were qualified and top notch. When unforeseen things happened she was flexible. She was easy to get a hold of and figured out solutions quickly.

(December 29, 2020, 2:08 am)Our apartment is close to brand new renovation condition from 2 years ago. Unfortunately, that new reno was flooded out by a neighbour's fire last year. The contractor brought in for the repairs at that time proved completely in over his head. Their work left our place literally looking 20 years older!!
Centurion erased a year's worth of agony and shoddy workmanship from that contractor. I would not bet against Joyce's painting, even if Roomba came out with an automatic painting iRobot! And Mauro/Jeff were fantastic repairing the incompetent drywalling and baseboarding/framing left by previous contractor. They took great care of our apartment - light years ahead of others we have had in the past. Even the materials used to protect our furnishings were of higher quality. Obvious good pedigree in this company! Continued Good Luck for the future, and much thanks for the good work! -
