Dave (the technician) is knowledgeable, friendly and also share with me some very good tips on maintaining the garage door and the other parts. Highly recommending their service.

Can't say enough about him. Great job!! Amy was excellent for scheduling and keeping up with communication. Very happy with Garage Door Depot. Highly recommend them. Brian

Our garage door springs kept breaking so we decided to use a different company. They weighed our door and were advised that the springs previously installed were for a much lighter door.
They did a great job. Arrived on time and grateful that the tech knew what he was doing! -

(November 28, 2020, 6:43 pm)I sincerely believe Garage Depot is an awesome company, especially the people answering calls for service who deserve my perfect score when it comes to customer service! The job was well done and speedy as well. 2 things to really improve on:
1. People are worried during COVID, at least offer to wear a mask or ask if you're not sure during service
2. I am still waiting for my receipt after a week, making me wonder if after service can be an issue if I need follow ups.
