I was provided an appointment for the following morning, and the problem was diagnosed quickly and easily. The price was great, and once the part was brought in, things were up and running perfectly. Professional, punctual, efficient, and friendly, (my dog made a fast friend).

Our washer dryer is working even better than first we got it. We were thinking to buy a new one and never though of a repair. Great customer service, Great attitudes and we keep referring them to anyone who is in need of a clean, professional diagnosis and repair.

(July 30, 2022, 2:42 pm)I cannot say enough good things. Amazing service, reasonable price. I needed my Whirlpool ice maker repaired or replaced. I was scheduled between 2 pm and 4 pm. He had some service technicians off sick so they were short handed. He called to say he had been delayed. When the clock hit 6 pm I resigned myself that it wouldn't be done today. Imagine my surprise when he said he had promised to be here, and that he would be. He arrived at 7 pm, fully masked and proceeded right to work. It turned out my ice maker was jammed. He had a new one with him, and not wanting to take a chance, I asked for the new one to be installed. This way it is under warranty for 90 days. It took about an hour to do the whole job and he finally left at 8 pm. Talk about going above and beyond. It was a very long day for him. Amazing!
