The level of professionalism exceeded my expectations. It was obvious that the estimator was knowledge in his trade and took pride ensuring that I knew all of the information needed to make a decision. Within an hour, the office had a detailed electronic estimate sent to me. Another great aspect was that this company had the soil testing performed by a separate company- not submitted by the tank contractor. I also appreciated the companies honesty of potential costs when it came to having to remove some contamination. 💯 recommend this firm!

Upon speaking to several companies, I immediately felt at ease with their office staff. Pricing was upfront and I believe one of the best. Soil testing was finished by a separate firm who kept us informed. The tank extraction seemed simple. Cleanup of soil was required. It can vary so much in pricing but West Coast provided us a clear and concise plan outline with rates with no hidden pricing or surprises and allowed us to choose our own environmentalist-- this would be my go-to phone call for anything oil tanks. --- Hugh

I called a few companies prior and West Coast was able to respond to me on a timely manner and get the job done. Great communication and efficient + professional company. Highly recommend!
