(April 15, 2021, 9:00 pm)I first called Vanheat to get a thermostat exchanged. When Shaun arrived and checked the thermostat he realized the cause was the corresponding valve and not the thermostat. After he exchanged the valve he also changed my old thermostat with a new digital one. He informed me that my 20 year old boiler is leaking and to avoid a possible flooding of my basement, it is safe to install a new one before it is too late. He exchanged the boiler after two days. He was quite knowledgeable and professional. His work was clean and he was quite punctual. The rate he offered was fair and I highly recommend this company for your future heating needs.

(April 8, 2021, 12:36 am)Vanheat was able to visit our home the same day, at no charge, to examine our furnace and provide a quote for a replacement. The quoted price was considerably less than competitors. The site visit for the quote was thorough; it was clear that they had a workable plan to replace the furnace promptly. The replacement was scheduled two days later. The crew was on time, professional, and prompt. The work was completed as scheduled. During the install, they found our water tank (which was well past its best-before date) was corroded and were able to offer a same-day replacement. The final price for both the furnace and water tank was as quoted (i.e., no surprises). We are very happy with our new furnace and hot water tank, and would not hesitate to recommend them for comparable work.

From start to finish, they were very responsive and professional including helping me through the process for rebates and providing the forms required. The final invoice came in as quoted and team that did the installation took their time and completed a quality installation. They also went above and beyond providing a service warranty for the new equipment beyond what the manufacturer provided

I had a new furnace installed and was so impressed with the work ethics of Shaun and the two technicians installing the new furnace. I did not know this quality of service still existed. You are lucky to have these three knowledgeable, caring people who take pride in their work. They are the building blocks of your company. I hope you appreciate them as much as I do because they are good hard working people.
I would highly recommend this company.
