As a first-time buyer I literally knew nothing about mortgages.. what we needed to do, what we qualified for, how the process worked etc. Nothing. Kathryn was very friendly, approachable, and fielded all the questions we had even if they seemed very basic and obvious. I was very impressed with Kathryn's overall knowledge and her ability to articulate everything in plain english for us to understand. This made the process smoother and stress-free. Kathryn helped us to understand all the options on the table and what the next steps would be. Highly recommend Kathryn if you're considering buying your first home.
