Not only did they really assess my needs - they also willing helped troubleshoot some issues I having and instead of telling me to buy the latest greatest tech that I didn't need they carefully assessed what I needed and why and recommended the best solutions for me! great people, great service! I wont go anywhere else now!

(April 20, 2021, 10:00 pm)I took my computer into Simply Computing in North Vancouver because of problems with my monitor. Robert spent time with me and opened up the computer, while I waited. He cleaned the computer and replaced some missing screws. I appreciated his patience and excellent manners with customers. It is no longer a given, that the customer is treated in a kindly and friendly manner. Thank you Robert! I will return to this location for any future work on my apple computer.

(April 16, 2021, 8:29 pm)So glad these folks are here. Trying to get Apple support on the North Shore has been terrible for years. Now this shop has filled a huge void. Great staff who know what there talking about, very helpful and friendly. Awesome experience overall and highly recommend them.

The young men are friendly, knowledgeable, patient and are generous with their time and advice. I have dropped into the store on several different occasions and have always been happy with the service.
