(April 20, 2021, 3:50 am)Over the years, yes, Shane has been our Realtor more than once, and through these experiences we've had a truly life changing opportunity. Given how Shane is hands on with his craft, it gave us a better understanding of the intricacies of the trade in addition to having a much more critical eye when looking at homes now. We now have a much better eye for the subtle cues that provide information on the state of a home on so many levels. And on the flip side, how to prepare a home for sale. He is fun, engaging, detailed, and keeps you on your toes. More importantly he keeps the people you need to negotiate with on their toes.
