Rogers

We were looking for new phones for our business as the ones we had were outdated. Our business package had been bundled with another provider, so it took a few calls to them before we had our account unbundled. Because of this, we had to make a couple of trips to Rogers, Park Royal, to complete our purchase. Lex walked us through the process, got our phones set up and helped us pick out some accessories. The service was excellent. He explained how our new phones were different (switching from iPhone to Samsung), installed our screen protectors and explained our new plans in detail so there would be no surprises. I would strongly recommend Rogers Mobile. Their customer service was prompt, courteous and extremely helpful.

Got great service from Earlon and Lex. Left with a brand new line and iPhone 11 Pro for my partner and all pretty hassle free I might add. Got good advice on accessories and taking care of my devices moving forward and they even got my main line on a better plan with more data. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to get great cell phone advice on the North Shore.
