Being a first time landlord was a little overwhelming but with his guidance and expertise we were able to find great tenants. We don't even worry about the property anymore knowing that Kevin has an eye on everything for us and is actively managing the property in our best interest.

I had never thought of hiring a company to help me find a tenant so it was a little nerve-wrecking trying to find the right company, but I'm so glad I did and found Kevin and Rethink. Kevin was very personable and cared about all the details. I would recommend Rethink to my family, friends, and anyone looking for a company to help them with their property any time.

He's given me a lot of valuable advice and help me set my expectations and goals with a property that I've inherited. His patience and willingness to educate me about all the possible highs and lows with managing a property has really helped me make informed decisions. At the end of the day, I decided his fee is worth it since my family and I would make a good amount of income from the majority of the rent and I wouldn't have to stress out about finding and managing a tenant :) Thanks, Kev!

(April 18, 2016, 8:19 pm)I hired Rethink Property Management to for their Full Management service and was not disappointed. They were incredibly helpful, thorough and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and concerns, as this was my first rental property, but Kevin was comfortably able to answer or address all of them, and that really put me at ease. You could tell he had worked in this industry for years; his experience and confidence were reassuring. I was very pleased with my choice of PM, they were professional, good at responding to my emails/calls, and also well priced for the services they offered. I would recommend Rethink to anyone else looking for a property manager.
