(February 8, 2023, 5:24 am)I've been meaning to post a review since the day we moved our things to the Capilano Maple Leaf Storage location when they opened over 2 years ago but somehow never quite got to it. The location amenities, staff and overall experience are first rate. The space is impeccably clean, modern, thoughtfully laid out, and the staff amazingly warm and helpful. We had to move our storage location when our previous storage unit closed, but that was a stroke of good luck. Not only was our move to the new location at Capilano arranged for us and our belongings transferred, but it was all placed in our new unit more thoughtfully and well organized than we would have done ourselves. From day one the experience has been amazing and we are so appreciative of this location and the stellar service we have received. If you need a storage unit in the Lower Mainland, there is no better place than Maple Leaf Self Storage Capilano.

(January 11, 2023, 12:25 am)Super staff - approachable and solicitous, and very helpful in making the experience of moving less stressful. Easy access to the loading bay for trucks was another plus, as were the numerous dollies and carts on site to assist with heavy boxes. Highly recommend.

(December 2, 2022, 2:10 am)This is by FAR the best, top of the line storage iv ever used. No elevators, one level , climate controlled , size of several football fields and highly secure.

(November 13, 2022, 6:57 pm)I have been a client since January 2021. Erin and Chris are responsive, professional & helpful. The space is in a new building, which is beautiful, dry, clean, cheery. I love the garage door style access to my unit and the wide hallways (makes it easy to sort through/organize locker). The move in/move out area is very large & accessible. There are lots of moving dollies/hand trucks for use on site. I will be vacating my unit at the end of November 2022 because I no longer require extra storage space. I would not hesitate to rent at this facility again.

They've helped us so much move internationally and are very grateful for all of their help! Truly secure storage and very kind staff to work with. 😄 Rumen helped us downsize our storage unit and we are now saving close to $500/mo. So thanks again for that! Highly recommend their services. 😊
