Their craftsmanship was excellent and all concerns relating to outside trades were addressed. I would recommend their services highly.

· Their friendly, efficient and consistent communication allowed us to address questions as they arose throughout construction.
· Time and again, we were impressed by their ability to predict potential problems and solve unexpected ones.
We feel extremely fortunate to have had such an excellent team working for us, providing us peace-of-mind at all times. As the project neared a conclusion, we asked our project manager, Will, if he could take care of a few extra details. “We can do anything,” he said. We know it’s true. -

I'm so impressed and happy! Andrew, Will, and Jessica are so easy to consult with. They are incredibly organized and highly skilled at what they do. Throughout the entire, complicated process, they made it all seem easy. The results are beautiful and the craftsmanship impeccable. I highly recommend them!

(December 18, 2020, 5:10 pm)We live on the North Shore and chose Kennedy to work with because we had heard from others about positive experiences. We are grateful that we, too, had a positive experience with this company.
We used them for a significant renovation/build to our house. We had them remove and demolish a portion of the house and rebuild it, including a master bedroom, two small home offices and a master bath.
There are always bumps in a renovation, there are always extra costs and decisions to be made, that is inevitable. We had those. However, remarkably, Kennedy were fantastic at communicating and problem-solving. They were punctual, available, transparent and fair. At every turn they were willing to engage with questions and take care of matters. Everyone we worked with at the company brought a positive energy and a fantastic work ethic. The people are really the heart of this company and we felt comfortable with everyone who turned up. There was nobody who didn't do their best and perform outstandingly.
We built during COVID and still ended up running fairly close to schedule...no small feat.
A renovation can be stressful and is, inevitably, expensive. For us, it felt like we were part of the team in this build, it happened with us and not away from us. If Kennedy could do something, they did it.
Overall it was a really positive experience, we have no complaints and we would use them again. -

(December 7, 2020, 6:21 am)We renovated our West Vancouver home with Kennedy Construction and couldn't be happier. We went from updating the kitchen & bathrooms to the whole house! The process was so much less stressful using this team. Our manager, Will, was fantastic, he kept me informed of schedule, was very accommodating of all our add ons and made sure everything was finished to a very high standard. Jessica, was amazing at helping me plan our new kitchen and with the finer details. In addition, the trades people Kennedy uses were all very professional, very skilled and easy to deal with. I would absolutely recommend them with any project and would definitely use them again!
