They have always been great with Coco and it is such a reassurance to know she is happy and safe there. Recently we had a family emergency and needed last minute boarding. The staff were incredibly accommodating and compassionate in helping us make sure Coco was okay while we were away. As always, thank you to all for providing such a wonderful and caring service.

(January 31, 2022, 9:05 pm)I was really impressed with the staff at Jet Pet North Van location from my first inquiry, application process and dropping my 2 dogs off for their trial visit. Fay and Kurtis were great at putting my mind at ease and answering my questions! I have 2 rescue dogs who can be nervous when in new environments. Their first day was a great success, my boys are now fast asleep happily worn out from their fun morning. Great for developing their socialization skills with other dogs and people. Thank you Jet Pet! 🐾🐶

(January 19, 2022, 10:00 pm)My dog Chase loved it. Staff is super professional and friendly and very patient with dogs. Hours are amazing and drop-in is super easy and convenient. Chase stayed ~4 hrs and had tons of fun. He gets overwhelmed by other dogs at time and it was so great to see how he interacted with other dogs and staff. We were able to view his interactions and experience on live camera as well! Great place for dogs!
