She clearly and concisely presented me with a range of financing options, was readily available and happy to answer all of my questions, and was incredibly accommodating given my quick closing date. She seemed genuinely passionate about helping me purchase my home, and is as friendly as she is knowledgeable and professional. Being new homebuyers, she was extremely helpful in walking us through the entire mortgage process. She was thorough and thoughtful in her approach, and always quick to reply to any email or question we might have.
