(November 1, 2021, 5:46 am)Irene was introduced to me by my realtor. She made the whole financial aspect of buying my first home a piece of cake. By having her on my side I had nothing to worry about. She also gave me the best terms and rate among all other brokers.
She is reliable, trustable, patient, super responsive, and cared as much as I did for the entire process. She is very knowledgeable and had no hesitation to simplify things and walking me through all the options and answering any questions I had. Sometimes I would even ask one question multiple times (out of stress or new conditions) and she would still take the time to explain all the details.
I was new in Vancouver when I started my apartment hunting. Not only she helped me navigate the mortgage world she also helped me understand the city and its different neighborhoods.
