I've been going to HPC and training with Ben numerous times a week for just over two years, and I've had nothing except positive experiences here. He keeps me on track when I'm exercising, is always there for me and encourages me no matter what, and he continuously hypes me up. I've been attending there and have lost weight from 160 pounds at 5'7 feet to 120 pounds at 5'10 feet after only two months of intense workout four days a week!!! I really like being here; it's a terrific environment if you want to work; hard.
My 13 year old son loves working out here! He likes that his instructor William plays hockey. They talk about hockey while they train! William puts him through a hard workout; ab work, the agility ladder, lunges, squats and box jumps. Liam comes out of the HPC tired and smiling every week. And the communication is great! William always calls me the next day to ask how Liam is feeling and to let me know what they worked on. And HPC follows a strict Covid protocol. Right now they are allowed only 3 athletes in the gym at a time. There is a group rate is offered if you sign up with two of your friends!

Great company. Being on the treadmill fixed my skating style that nobody on ice ever could. Years of bad habits fixed with only 4 sessions.
The skatemill has been a great tool for improving my son's skating. Training with Ben has been great. His instruction and passion are both fantastic.
