(June 11, 2021, 3:36 pm)Two mortgages in one year, and Gibbard Group helped us make it happen. We bought a home in Edgemont, sold it and bought in Caulfield. They made it so much easier than our last broker. Leanne found us the best institution with the best, and most flexible, mortgage.
It's really important to me that I can trust the person I am dealing with. There are too many slimy players in the mortgage game, not to mention Real Estate. I already had a Realtor I trusted, and now I have a Mortgage Broker. I highly recommend Gibbard Group.
DON’T get a mortgage directly from your bank. They completely take advantage of you. You will not get approved just because you’re a client. It’s not 1975. A broker will make all of the banks fight for your business. You are not only more likely to get approved, but more likely to get a great rate. -

(All the ladies are.) Anytime I had a question, she responded quickly and took the time to explain every step of the process. I felt that I was in good hands and I have learned so much. I highly recommend the ladies at Gibbard Group! Thank you so much for easing the stress of home purchase. I will return in the future. :)

(April 28, 2021, 3:30 pm)Leanne and the team at Gibbard Group were amazing! Super responsive, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond in helping us get our mortgage! Before we even asked Leanne was busy getting us rate hold extensions, a HELOC, and recommendations for lawyer services. Everything was done very conveniently online, and I cannot recommend them enough! Super glad my sister sent them our way and we're happy to send our friends and family to Gibbard Group for their mortgage needs!
Update 04/28/21: while at bank signing everything the associate raved about how easy it was to work with Leanne and her amazing organization skills! -

(April 6, 2021, 11:54 pm)Cindy is super helpful, efficient, responsive. She got my application in and out of the lender within 3 days (the first day being Good Friday). She made mortgage application & approval process a breeze. I will definitely go back to them for my future purchase.
