Kristie was wonderful to work with and prompt in responding to our request. We were very quickly able to make a purchase and the quality and price of the products was better then we had found anywhere else. (April 3, 2020, 10:13 pm)Highly recommend this distributor, located in North Vancouver, for medical sundries and equipment. Kristie has been incredible to work with and goes the extra mile. When I gave her my list of supplies and new equipment she took time to ensure her costs were lower than any of the competitors, and that she was able to acquire the brands I requested. If they don't have it they will try (and eventually succeed) to find exactly what you want. Impressive customer service makes doing business a pleasure. Thank you!

(March 10, 2020, 1:52 am)When it came time to expand our growing veterinary practice in Ottawa, Ontario, we contacted all of the major equipment distributors in Canada as well as a few in the USA. We checked pricing, availability of equipment, and customer service. FMS was head and shoulders above the competition in all of these categories! They were able to get us exactly what we wanted at the most economical prices! The sales associate we dealt with, Kristie, was highly responsive and relentless in ensuring that we got what we wanted at the low prices we wanted. What’s even more impressive is that they were able to get us all of the equipment quicker than other Canadian (and of course American) companies, despite their office being located in British Columbia! We highly recommend FMS Medical Supply!

Kristie was extremely and professionally communicative and was amazing at finding a very small, seemingly insignificant part for a piece of equipment we have in the hospital. Although it was "small potatoes," I never felt as though my request was unimportant. Kristie was even able to find a way around a minimum order requirement! Five stars, well deserved!
