As a Realtor on the North Shore I always get asked for referrals for different projects and Elements is my go to for all things drainage! (July 9, 2020, 5:19 am)Extremely happy with the job Elements did on our house! They excavated and replaced poorly functioning perimeter drain and rainwater piping, and did some regrading of a side yard to direct rainwater away from the house.
All along the process they were professional, knowledgeable and very hard working. Great communication, with email updates on the progress of our job and expectations for next steps.
They really seemed to care, and went above and beyond for us – taking the time to detail concerns with the foundation and suggestions for steps to mitigate the issues. We will be enjoying the benefits of their experience and expertise for years to come!
Working with these guys has been one of the most positive experiences I've had. -

(July 5, 2020, 9:53 pm)A big thank you to Alex and Matt! By referral, I contacted Elements Drainage to request an estimate on repairing a drain tile issue. Alex and Matt came by to do an initial assessment and asked if I had scope work done previously to confirm the problem area. I had not and they highly recommended one to ensure a proper quote. I am so glad I agreed to it as Matt was able to uncover a sump issue and another area of concern as well. Had they only focused on what I thought was the only issue and not done the scope, I'm sure it would cost me more down the road in repairs. I really appreciated their professionalism, their honesty and their time! They are thorough and very responsive. Thanks again!

(February 8, 2019, 9:00 pm)If you are looking for a honest drainage contractor. These guys are it. Alex recommended an inspection to ensure an accurate assessment of the issues. They showed me videos of what the scoping was finding. Once we understood the problem Alex was quick to provide a quote and was able to start the job quickly. The communication was fantastic. I recieved texts of pictures and videos on the progress until completion.
Invoicing was as quoted... No surprises.

Their thoroughness and dedication to providing optimal customer service prevented me from spending money on a costly solution and led to figuring out the actual cause of my flood.
