(December 21, 2022, 5:45 pm)The hot drinks and otter balls (mini pancakes) are good. Especially on a cold night. The staff were friendly and quick at making our order.
Biggest issue is the value isn't great for what you pay (it's expensive!), and also the lines can get pretty long. If they lowered their prices by 10-15% it would be more reasonable. Also, it would be nice if they could process orders faster (maybe open a 2nd shop)
