From the first day of our project to the last, he did what he said he would do, on time, on budget. It was a real pleasure to deal with him and his crew, and everything was done with care and professionalism. This was in a condo building, and it’s worth pointing out that we never had any problems with the strata or the neighbours, as everything was done properly and respectfully. We would certainly recommend him and use him again.

He’s extremely reliable, honest & does great quality work on time and on budget. We did an extensive remodel of our dated West Van home over several months using many subcontractors and he was definitely one of the most reliable contractors & always paid attention to the quality of the work he was doing. Best of all, he always showed up with a smile on his face & was so pleasant to work with. I can highly recommend Fred!

(February 21, 2019, 5:39 pm)I have had several encounters with various construction co.s or related trades and there were always some sort of short comings, inefficiencies etc. When I hired CRD Construction- based on a reference from a friend- for a complete renovation of our house, never expected to experience such a professionalism and skillful group of people.
They were always on time, worked diligently to meet the agreed contract deadline. they finished the job on time and on budget with a quality that exceeded our expectations. Thank you guys and keep up the good work.
