The entire process was seamless and the wonderful team at Caniversal went above and beyond to accommodate our vision and bring it to life in the promised timeframe. In turn, his crew respects and follows his high standards. This teamwork is the foundation of successful renovations. Everyone is committed to quality workmanship, on schedule, and on budget.
With confidence, I can focus on other priorities while Hossein's team paces through the work order. Superb customer service, remedying my concerns without conflict, and treating my project as though it's their own home. Doing it right, and keeping the project tidy. This earns my respect and friendship too. -

(April 1, 2021, 5:10 am)Caniversal renovated my entire 1986 built condo into a modern looking apartment. Hossein from Caniversal was my general contractor, who also did the majority of the work himself with Sina, his assistant. We were turning the place upside down, tearing down walls and making new ones, so there were a lot of tricky details that needed to be managed (See the attached before/after pictures).
Caniversal did the entire thing end to end in an unbelievably short time of only 4 months! Given the amount of changes that were done no one would believe they could pull it off so quickly and with such quality and price!
Hossein is meticulous! His attention to details beats my OCD 100 times.
He does not leave things unfinished. Since the renovation he's been my go to contractor for myself and my family and we couldn't be happier. -

They upgraded the bathroom and laundry room in my house.
They did some beautiful detailing around the fireplace, perfect concrete slab-work in my backyard, deck repair, wall & ceiling, painting, and more.
Beside their clean and zero issue work, they are supper friendly and polite.
I strongly recommend their consultancy and implementation.
