They were so happy to support the school and our event, and I knew that if we ever needed a realtor, Jasmine was our person! Well fast forward many, many years and she & Traci helped us make our first move in 22 years! We felt incredibly supported through every step of the journey, and completely trusted Jasmine's expertise, calm nature and attention to detail. We also loved getting to know Traci - such a dream team and we are very thankful for your guidance and friendship.

She was always patient, never pushy and was willing to invest her time and money and see us through to the final sale.

Jasmine was very professional--prepared, good-willed, smart, helpful--and a pleasure to work with. When my brother moved to North Vancouver in 2019 from out of province, I recommended Jasmine and, with her help, he found the house that I think will be his final purchase he's so happy with it. Then, in 2019, when we decided to sell our North Vancouver condo, Jasmine was the first and only real estate expert we reached out to for help. Three times lucky. Highly recommended!
