But Amri was the one that worked deeply on our file. He asked for a lot of documents and did a lot of research and could provide the best rate for our mortgage. When we were in the process of selling our house to get a new one, this transition overlapped with the fluctuations in the market and other uncertainties brought by covid. Mr. Boutorabi was there every step of the way and remained reassuring and patient. We really appreciated his prompt replies and how he stayed responsible and driven through the whole process. He was able to secure the amount of loan that we had hoped for which eventually allowed the whole ordeal to end successfully. (March 22, 2021, 1:50 am)Amir is a great mortgage broker professional. He takes the time to understand your financial situation. You can sit back and relax while he does all the hard work and he finds you a great deal. He tells you about pros and cons of each option. Most importantly, he calculates for you the amount of penalty that you would pay if you decide to get out of your mortgage before your term is over. This is very important because the banks usually don't tell you this part and sometimes the penalty is so huge and makes it impossible to get out of it. He never pushes you just to sell you his service. He had lots of patience will all the questions I had. He responses to emails and phone calls very efficiently. This is very helpful with all other costs of buying a house. I, for sure, work with him again and 100% recommend him to all families and friends.
