The New West Guys

We recently had The New West Guys sell our townhouse on the Quay in New Westminster. We were looking for a new realtor to work with and we contacted them in advance of truly deciding to sell to see if they might be a good fit. I sent an email to their generic info email and received a call back within 20 minutes. This responsiveness continued throughout our engagement with us and it is so appreciated during the whole process. They came to have a look at our place and gave some pre-sale advice and then the pandemic hit. We worked on getting it ready for sale and they stayed in touch. When it was time to list it, they were there with solid advice and direction on what the sale price should be that was backed up with sound reasoning and data. This was during a pandemic so there were so many things that could have gone wrong. There was never any pressure or any sense that they were not 100% dedicated to meeting my goals.

Now when it comes to the presenting of the place, they outdid themselves. It was amazing! They made a promo video and an extended tour that both had over 500 views and I was receiving texts all day long from friends and family about how great it looked. We seriously considered staying there it looked so cool!

In the end, our place sold within 24 hours on the market (in a pandemic!) and the whole negotiation was as smooth as possible. They're everything you want in a realtor; responsive and easy to work with. You have confidence that they know what they are talking about and they are up to the tough negotiations that sometimes need to take place.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

Well, here I am again with almost back to back reviews…The New West Guys are just that good! I found myself in the market for a new home a lot sooner than originally expected, and naturally enlisted the help of Jeremy and Matt. They were super accommodating and understanding of my up in the air plans; going above and beyond to ensure that I had all the information necessary to make the right choice at the right time. There were multiple offers (six!) on the property I ultimately chose and the guys definitely came through for me. With their sound knowledge of the market and considerable experience and expertise, they were able to predict exactly how each of the other five offers would be presented, in turn, positioning me to be the one offer accepted. I can’t thank them both enough - they really are the best!

We bought our first condo with the help of Matt. He was very knowledgeable about the process and market in New Westminster. We felt 100% supported through the entire experience. We met Matt for a Saturday of looking at condos and within a week ended up putting in an offer which ended up with us getting the keys to our first place about 6 weeks after that! So as you can imagine it was a very fast process for us and we were delighted with Matt's support - we would 100% use him as our realtor in the future and we cant recommend him enough!

The New West Guys recently helped me sell my home and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Matt and Jeremy are extremely knowledgeable and clearly take pride in their work. They were professional and transparent from day one which made it easy to fully trust their insight and judgement throughout the entire process. Matt and Jeremy were excellent real estate agents, they exceeded my expectations in helping us find our home. We dealt mostly with Matt, and his knowledge about every aspect of a property is vast, we were very impressed.
