(November 9, 2021, 2:41 pm)The apartments are roomy and bright, and the location is lovely in terms of quick access to retail and bus stops. A few things to keep in mind though: the traffic noise from McBride Boulevard, if your apartment faces south-southeast, gets very loud. Also, if you are in an apartment where there are people living above you ... the floors are ancient and wooden, and we had to listen to the constant stomping of the people above us at all hours of the day and night. We slept very little.
The laundry room was not a pleasure to use as the washers and dryers (at least when we lived there) were very old and the company that owned them did not replace the broken machines, merely tried to repair them. They broke often, and I lost a fortune on those machines. There were also not nearly enough washers and dryers for the amount of tenants in the building.
The best thing about the apartment is its location, and the view is beautiful. Unfortunately, there is a lot of noise...from the street and from the tenants. It is not a peaceful place at all. -

(August 26, 2018, 2:10 am)I am currently living here and it's pretty great! I live in a 2 bedroom apartment with a spacious living room.
Some things I wish were to happen is to ban smoking cigarettes/drugs at least 10 meters+ away from the suites.
I wish there would be laundry machines in the apartments, because we have to go all the way to the lobby and pay $5+ to do laundry.
But staff is very nice and neighbors are friendly as well!
Highly recommend living here.
