She really understands how to plan with Type 1 Diabetes to live an active and fulfilling lifestyle.
She gave me valuable advice with meal planning, timing of nutrients, insulin dosage adjustments, and pushed me out of my comfort zone by recommending new-to-me foods and meals, that have all turned out well.

After tracking my dietary intake Katie built a meal plan based on my nutritional requirements (vegan/vegetarian etc) and ease of preparation.
