I have had nothing short of perfect experiences every time - always quick to answer questions, always eager to help, and always very knowledgeable. Unlike some I've dealt with in the past, I have never once felt like I was being "sold" something that I didn't need. Everything has always been explained in a way that makes sense, and without pressure. Fabulous team!

If they do not know something, they will get back to us with the proper information as soon as they can. We are grateful that they are able to work with and help take care of our family by making sure we have the appropriate insurance coverage in place and investment guarantees that fit our retirement goals.

I was guided step by step for my insurance needs and received down to earth, honest advice from Suzanne. She makes it easy to meet during house visits and always takes care of the details, making the process very comfortable. Sometimes these important issues aren't easy to think about or discuss; having her there to explain the process and my options made the conversation much easier.

They go out of their way to ensure you get what is right for you and / or your business. Have used them for 8+ years now and would highly recommend to anyone. Very prompt with replies, whether it is phone calls or email messages. Simplified Financial and the staff are great!

Simplified Financial provided me with several investment options but more importantly, took the time to get to know me first. They worked hard to create an investment strategy that made sense and that I was comfortable with. Since, I have utilized their insurance services as well.
All of my dealings with Simplified Financial have been handled in a timely manner and always with a high level of professionalism!
