(January 7, 2020, 7:07 pm)I had the best experience here a few weeks ago! I was making the switch from Telus to Rogers and had come in to see what they could offer me. Manager Kate was exceptionally helpful. She shook my hand when I came in the door and was very helpful with the issues that I had with the previous cell service I received. All around super professional and knowledgeable. She made my transition from android to apple seamless and showed me how to use everything. The process of getting a new phone with a new company can be long but she made it super easy for me and I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received. Kate is an exemplary employee who really made me feel like she appreciates my business.
