He answered all our questions on the spot and his findings helped is feel very comfortable placing an offer on the house, knowing there were no major problems to worry about. Michele in the office was also extremely helpful arranging our appointments and giving us info in advance. We will definitely be using your services again and recommending you to friends and family. He was thorough and did an excellent job explaining his process and what he looked for in his inspection, pointing out any issues the building has and/or might have in the near future. He alleviated a lot of my concerns (& stress) and I felt confident proceeding with the purchase. I definitely recommend them and would happily use them again.

Roger also answered my questions months after the inspections allowing me to deal with the fire insurance. Truly lucky to find someone with such integrity.
