She is quick to respond to emails and texts and the whole process was simple, seamless and easy. She was happy to answer all of our questions in detail and made sure that our needs for our mortgage (prepayment options etc) were met, while getting us the best rate! We didn't even have to meet in person because all documents are uploaded electronically. Very convenient! Highly recommend working with Katherine for your mortgage needs.
