No major issues, was a bit scared due to other reviews, appraisal value was fair. Thought the communication was a bit casual for a professional services business. Perhaps the business is small but there was limited information on the business, no website, and even seemed hard to verify the appraiser was who they say they were, as just a personal cell and email was used.
