(March 23, 2023, 8:56 pm)I had the privilege of having Payam do a handful of different renovations for me. As a business owner myself, I can see that he's incredibly kind and professional. I felt like he really valued my time, money, and properties like it was his own. His knowledge and willingness to educate me on his process gave me peace of mind, knowing that the work was going to turn out well. He renovated a basement suite for me, painted a condo, did a bunch of exterior upgrades, and a few other small things. His pricing is affordable and worth every penny.

(September 9, 2022, 7:36 pm)Payam (Contractor) was very receptive to what we are wanting to do with our bathrooms. Understood our wants and gave suggestions as to what we can do with the spaces within the budget/quote set for us. He and his trades people did all 3 bathrooms (Main, Second and Powder). All of them turned out real well! We are enjoying them every minute!
We had issues with one of the trades people but Payam handled it even though the trades was trying to contact me directly. Payam definitely has your interests in mind and protects his clients.
Although the timeline given initially was two weeks, all 3 bathrooms were finished within about 5 weeks. It was an inventory delay issue as well as trades availability which is definitely understandable especially nowadays.
Did some follow up even months after the job was done to ensure we are happy with everything and that there's no issues. Any issues that did arise during and after the renovation were handled quickly and corrected and/or reported. Additionally, if anything Payam did not like from the trades people during his checks, he brought it to them to ensure it was corrected.
