I reached out to Northwood from the Okanagan for help installing a chimney cap at a clients home in Langley (that two other companies couldn't install for unknown reasons). I was in a time crunch and Northwood reviewed the site and came up with a plan for install at a very reasonable price. They showed up on time and installed the cap properly and efficiently. They truly saved the day! Thank you so much!!

I had Solar Roof vents installed on my home and my coach house. Mike was the person responsible for initially consulting with me and he also did the Installation. He was most informative about the product and how it would serve me well as my roof space was extremely hot. He was very thorough and knew exactly what had to be done and did it most proficiently.
And, may I say, he was on my roof on one of the hottest days this summer, Phew!

Just wanted to share our great experience that we had with Northwood Roofing ( NWR). Specifically with Eric who took so much interest and solved our roof issues like it was his own.
We replaced our roof 6 months ago and was so disappointed with the work completed by the previous roofer. I contacted NWR and Eric came immediately to have a look at our roof. He made suggestions and guided us on how to proceed and rectify our roof issues.
Since this was time sensitive he made sure to schedule our work and prioritized the job.
Bryan and his crew were exceptional. I have never seen such a bunch of hard working people who were knowledgeable and passionate about the work they do.
I am now confident that we will not have a leak and go through our winters without having to worry about the roof.

It was very refreshing to have such honest young men of integrity working so hard on our home. It was a pleasure to watch Bryan and his amazing respectful crew take so much care for our grounds and the flowers our grandchildren planted before my wife passed away.

We have a new home again!

Like many homeowners , I have no previous experience buying a new roof and a new rain gutter system for our house. I realized that this would be my first and maybe my last time to be placing this type order for my house. So it was important to make the right choice of material and contractor to do this Job. I wanted a roof and gutter system that could last another 30 years. I also wanted a beautiful roof. 3 companies submitted their quotations. I bombarded them with questions. Northwood was the only one who had the patience to answer all my questions promptly. Northwood then revised the presentation of its quotation to make it easier for me to understand the technical details of its scope of work . They also made sure that this revised quotation contained all their positive responses to my queries. Eric did a good job explaining everything to me. The best advice Eric gave me after he helped me select the right roofing materials for our house was to let my wife do the color selection for our new roof. That was what we did. Happy wife.... happy life. We are happy with our new roof installed by Northwood. Highly recommended !
