Detail Concepts Langley

Bought a used CRV that smelled like an ashtray, left it with him overnight and he did his deep clean magic, and the next day I could not detect a hint of cigarette scent. His detail cleaning is top notch. Use them now and thank me later.

We recently sent two of our mechanical fleet vehicles to Detail Concepts in Langley for cleaning and detailing.

Both vehicles were used for mobile repairs by our service technicians and were dire need for cleaning inside and out. One of the vehicles was driven by a smoker and we had already sent this vehicle to two other detailing companies who could not successfully remove the smell.

Detail Concepts completely exceeded our expectations!!! Both vehicles were returned to us in immaculate condition and the nasty cigarette smell was was completely gone. They delivered their services exactly as promised, on time and under budget, and went the extra mile to include several additional services at no extra charge...just to do the job right!

Aside from the exceptional finished product, I must also point out that the customer service, attention to detail, and courteous communication that we received all throughout the entire process was second to none. We actually received pro-active phone calls with status updates, and they sent us photos showing their progress until the work was completed.

I highly recommend Detail Concepts as a quality service provider in the Lower Mainland area. We will be sending all of our fleet cleaning/detailing business to them in the future.

Very happy with the service we recieved! They fit us in a bit last minute. My car had not been cleaned in a very long time and the back seat was filthy from our dogs. They did an amazing job! The seats look brand new! They also did a great job cleaning all the hard to get to areas. For the exterior we only asked for a basic wash, which they did well and took care of all the sap droplets. They also polished my fogged up headlight which now looks almost brand new. Will definitely be returning to keep a better maintained car.

Thank you to Detail Concepts. I had fresh road paint all in my wheel well and some specks on the car. I stopped by their shop and he was honest with saying he didn't have a lot of time as they are really busy but he knew if he left the paint on there it would be really tough to get off later down the road. John worked on it right away and got all the road paint off the car.
