(June 6, 2018, 8:41 pm)Four years ago, we hired Payne Pacific Contracting to do a complete overhaul of our backyard. The job was extensive. We really appreciated that our contract showed many information....all the breakdown of the cost in detail, including the cost of the WCB insurance of the employees. That showed that PP really cared about their employees and they were covered if they got hurt on my premises. We were quoted that the whole project would take 14 days. We were promised that it would be 14 consecutive days ( except the weekends ). We were impressed with the fellow who was sent to do the work. One big strong fellow came faithfully at 7am and he left at 6pm. His work was absolutely precise and he practically didn’t even stop for lunch. There were many glitches over the course of the project. However, every glitch was taken care of immediately and the work continued like clockwork. Yes, the job was completed on the 14th day as promised. We are extremely happy with the result. Now, four years later, we hired Payne Pacific to install railings around the raised patio. We are happy to do business with Payne Pacific. We highly recommend Payne Pacific.

(April 11, 2018, 9:36 pm)Hello. I had a basement water leak and heard that Payne Pacific did good work. They efficiently repaired the leak but found that the foundation had leaked before and had a big crack. We did a major repair to the drainage around the perimeter of our house. It was a huge job but Payne Pacific was very, very helpful and professional. The foreman in charge of the job was always there to deal with the various trades people and make sure their work was done right. I would highly recommend this company.

(June 24, 2017, 9:19 pm)Payne Pacific Contracting (PPC) just completed replacing my concrete driveway on Prospect Drive, N. Delta. They did an exceptional job. Starting with a detailed estimate of material, labor and discussing potential problems, for example, drainage, to clean up at the end, work was done to a high standard, on time and within estimate. I selected PPC of four bids. While they were not the lowest estimate, I got good value for money. I was especially impressed with the aesthetic finish of the concrete, and all team members - Tim, Todd, Daryl, Brian and Lyle - performed professionally. I would confidently rehire PPC for future projects. Submitted gratuitously for the benefit of other householders in search of good concrete contractors.
