I was halfway through a 6 year custody battle when I was fortunate to find and hire Kevin Groves to represent me. First Kevin’s understanding of current technology meant soon my boxes of files were stored electronically. My files were organized and easily accessed; this greatly reduced my court costs as my affidavits were prepared in much less time.
I previously attempted numerous times to obtain an order for a 211 report in order to vary our original custody order. Kevin successfully arranged the 211 report through court proceedings and negotiations which resulted in an order for me to be primary caregiver. I was able to avoid going to trial and avoided much higher costs. I never felt it was all about the money with Kevin.
