We absolutely LOVE our CouchHaus sofa! My partner and I bought a new home in October 2021 and wanted to upgrade our couch for our new space. We went to the CouchHaus showroom and were not disappointed. We were able to customize everything from fabrics and colours, dimensions, fill type and amount, slip covers or upholstered, and how many accent pillows we wanted. Our dream couch was finally in the works!

Despite the challenge of supply chain issues and the late arrival of our couch (as with any other furniture store), we received five-star customer service throughout the entire experience. The team was very accommodating and excellent at communicating.

We opted for slip covers to be able to easily wash and dry our cushions. With a white couch and two cats (and two clumsy adults), we can't take any chances. While at first terrifying, we have removed many stains successfully including chocolate, hairballs and miscellaneous food. This couch is definitely pet-owner approved! (Note: we mentioned that we had pets at the initial consultation and they suggested what fabric type would be best - would recommend doing the same if you have kids or pets!)

We get compliments on our couch anytime we have company over on both it's appearance and comfort level. We always suggest CouchHaus to any friends or family looking for a new couch. High-quality couch without the big box furniture store markups. A worth-well investment in our books!

Great customer service to custom design the exact sofa I wanted to fit in the perfect spot in my home, both the dimensions and fabric were customized. Good quality product and great modern design with clean lines. Very smooth ordering process with the Couch Haus team, however it took 4 months from order to delivery (which was expected). Cushions are a nice combo of firm and plush, I think it will take some time to become more comfortable to lounge on, the feathers often poke out of the seat cushions with a few coming out each time I sit on it. The back rest height is not the most comfortable, while the arm rest height is perfect (required to have the arm rest and back rest height the same unless I pay to customize). I wish the back rest was a bit higher to keep the back cushions upright, I suggest to always have this sofa up against a wall for support. Overall would recommend to people looking for a cloud sofa design that can be customized to your specifications.

We purchased our couch way back in Sept and eagerly waited until March for it to arrive. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, the arrival time was delayed 3 months from the original estimate but they kept us informed and updated as best as they could.

The couch is amazing! It's customized and fits in our space perfectly. We got the cushions extra filled and I can't get over how fluffy they looked. We have received so many compliments over this couch and how nice it looks and feels. I also waited a month of using the couch so I could give a honest review. It's still just as puffy, and very comfortable that I've fallen asleep on it several times! It really is a great couch and at a fantastic price compared to several other places we looked at.

CouchHaus also helped us with our delivery in Alberta. While we did have to pay a small delivery charge, they were very willing to accommodate and try to help us as best as they could. Just keep that in mind if planning for your out of province delivery, it's only a curbside delivery. Although unwrapping and set up were a breeze, and took us less than an hour for everything, including clean up.

Overall, we enjoyed working with Harrison at CouchHaus and really love our couch and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new cloud like couch. You won't be disappointed!

I was searching for the perfect couch for awhile before I came across CouchHaus. As soon as I saw the couch in person I was in love! Paige was able to help me design my couch by picking my own preferences and create something that would fit my space exceptionally! She answered all my questions and offered SO many things to customize! They had amazing customer service and Alex would always respond quickly to any questions I had as well as update me frequently on delivery status. My favourite options are that you can switch colours of your furniture by purchasing new covers at any time and the modular feature gives so many options! Worth every penny spent! We love our couch so much, it’s not only beautiful, but very comfortable. The fact you can customize a piece for this price point is impressive. They have truly disrupted the industry in my opinion.
