Even with the use of 3D model renderings (physical and/or generated), Plan You Space offers a 4th dimension of physicality that we as Builders had never experienced before, that is until the house has already been framed and changes would be expensive to make.
By allowing us to literally put-up faux walls, place furniture, and walk a plan with our Clients, we have been better able to visualize what we are about to embark on when building new homes; this all while having a casual & collaborative space to discuss things. The savings in time & money to the Client are insurmountable and this is coming from a builder with 28+ years of experience.
Plan Your Space has changed the way we visualize and will be building going forward. The experience that Manny and his Team offer should not be looked at as an expense, but rather as an investment in you & your Clients’ sanity, relationship, and the success of ANY construction project. -

I would highly recommend coming here to preview your plans before building - this experience will probably save us a lot of time, money, and headaches once the building process starts. We made several changes to our floor plans after coming to Plan Your Space, which in the long run will easily save us thousands of dollars. I highly recommend using Plan Your Space. We spent almost three hours with Manvir Deol who was very patient and gave excellent feedback/suggestions regarding our plans throughout our visit. Worth every penny. I highly recommend using Plan Your Space!

Walking through our architectural plan at a 1:1 ratio helped us optimize our space and avoid pitfalls. I was also very impressed by the customer service provided by Manny and his team. I was blown away with the surrealism of the projection plus warm & personalized service for such a reasonable price!
