(April 19, 2021, 4:29 am)We hired Dan and his team to encapsulate our crawl space. They did a wonderful job. Our crawl space had moisture issue so there was a bothering odour in the house. Now that is gone. We had lots of questions before during and after and Dan always answered them. I would highly recommend their service. We are very satisfied. Thanks Dan and Fabian.

(February 22, 2021, 6:58 pm)Dan and his team were outstanding and kept me informed along the way. I had a new high efficiency furnace installed along with my crawl space encapsulation. This has made a huge difference with not only the heat but that musty crawl space smell is gone. They also added a dehumidifier to keep humidity levels low in the crawl space. I’d strongly recommend Hallmark for your furnace, mold removal or encapsulation. The team was so professional and demonstrated attention to detail. Fabian was just awesome and so hard working always getting it right the first time. It was a pleasure working with Dan and his team of dedicated professionals.
