(February 13, 2021, 2:38 am)Friendly and welcoming staff, and the gym has all the essentials. They've made some restrictions as per covid protocol and keep up with cleaning and spraying every hour.

(December 9, 2020, 12:23 am)Awesome gym!!! They really look after their place. Appointments are mandatory and covid rules are strictly followed. Staff are friendly and always there to assist. Go...get on shape!!!

(September 30, 2019, 12:56 am)I'm not sure why the air conditioning never seems to be on in this place. It wasn't an issue at the old location but it seems to be a problem at the new location for some reason. I come at a variety of times for my workouts - morning, afternoon, evening and 90% of the time it's like walking into a sauna. I work hard, i sweat and i appreciate a cool temp in the gym. Are the staff just not turning it on?? Or is it broken?? My thoughts are this: if you don't like the AC and you're cold (or lazy and just sitting around on your phone), put on a sweater! The rest of us would appreciate the cool air. I've heard lots of other members complaining about the same thing.
Other than that annoying issue, the gym is okay. I hope they fix it.
