We were first home buyers, and Terry helped us navigate in the crazy market. There were multiple challenges along the way but Terry was able to overcome those with his outside the box approach.

(July 14, 2021, 8:58 pm)I had called Terry and explained to him we usually do our mortgages through TD but we were having trouble since I had quit my job and started my own business last year. Terry spent a lot of time with me explaining how traditional mortgages work and how alternative lending can sometimes be better in the short term for new small business owners.
Terry had no problem setting up an alternative lending plan in case we weren't able to secure lending through TD and he was very professional and always available to take my call. I would highly recommend Terry and won't hesitate to contact him in the future when we are looking at renewals.
