We had no clue what we were doing, but Tyson made sure to educate us on all of the first-time homebuyer ins and outs and incentives. We saw many places that ticked off multiple boxes from our list, but Tyson took his time to filter through our needs and didn't rush us through the process. He legitimately wants you to find the perfect place for YOU. Use Tyson if you want to be happy, if you're cool with being miserable go with the other guy. We will absolutely be using Tyson down the road and would highly recommend using him as your realtor.

(October 5, 2020, 2:51 am)I don't even know where to begin with how wonderful it was to work with Tyson in buying our first home. From the initial conversations expressing interest of getting into the market, Tyson has exceeded all expectations. We actually found our dream home pretty quick but the experience of checking out other properties really helped us when it came time to making the final decision. He took his time in each place showing us some pros and cons to keep an eye out for in properties and was able to answer all of the many questions we had. We even had our little guy with us driving around for the day but he didn't mind because it was in Tyson's way cooler car while he did the driving around town and we got to relax!
Even now, months after we've moved into our home, we will still get the odd check in from Tyson making sure that we aren't having any issues with the new place and it's a wonderful feeling knowing your Real Estate Agent has your best interest in mind even after the sale is done.
We will forever be clients and friends of Tyson and recommend him whole-heartedly to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! -

He is highly knowledgeable, very understanding with each requirement, and exceptionally patient. Buying my first home on my own was highly stressful but having Tyson on my side made all the difference. He pushed me to not settle for something I wouldn't be happy with over the long run and held me from jumping into anything that would put me in over my head. Truly the traits of a great realtor. Tyson will go above and beyond to get you what you need in the time frame you want, and he will handle everything in between! I recommend him to anyone looking to buy real estate!

As we were first time home buyers we really had no clue about real estate, but at our consultation he patiently explained everything until we were comfortable. He never pressured us into anything, and always listened to what we had to say. He will fight for exactly what you want, in the time frame you need. I would recommend Tyson to anyone looking to buy a home!
