In addition to our regular scheduled carpet cleaning times, they have also had to deal with lots of issues in our different homes through the years, including pet accidents and grandchildren spills on cream carpeting! They are always quick to respond, thoroughly professional, and friendly. We highly recommend them to anyone who wants their carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture in the best of hands.

Having two large dogs does result is messy carpets and when JJ's is finished they look brand new. I find them easy to deal with professional and thorough,. Their pride of ownership shows in the excellent work they do. I highly recommend them.
