(December 27, 2021, 5:31 pm)Fast and friendly service! Had an appointment and was out within 20mins. There was about 7-8cars ahead of me. I was prepared to wait and wouldn’t have minded. Want to thank the workers and the nurse who helped us and everybody else that was working in extreme weather conditions and around the holidays. You guys are amazing! PS: people that are complaining… we are still in a pandemic, these people are working for us being away from their families and doing their best in a high stakes situation, have some empathy.

(December 16, 2021, 9:06 am)Much faster than I had expected. There were 3 lines with about 3 cars in each. I had an appointment so I went in a certain line. Sat for about 1 min until a friendly girl gave me the test kit and explained how to use. That took me about 2 minutes. As soon as I put the kit on the dash I was let through. Drove straight up to the next window to drop off the kit and got some info there which was about a minute. Perhaps it took no time as I was there on a weekday , appointment was 3:45pm.
Very well run process I felt, don't get me started on the moronic system(s) that did not allow my 2 USA vaccinations to be imported into the BC system ( 6 months late 1 oddly did get added)! I now have had to get way to many vaccines, as suspected there wasn't much possibility of this test being pos with that amount of shots.
