This wasn't our first purchase, but it was very smooth thanks to Brad's knowledge and attention to detail. Very communicative the entire time, and always available for a call when we had questions about what was happening. We felt confident buying the house we did with Brad on our side offering suggestions and advice to ensure we were happy and had all of our bases covered before taking the next step. He was fantastic during the selling process, fighting for us as sellers and using his knowledge of the industry and housing market to help us get what we were looking for from the sale in a quick, timely fashion. Buying a home is a huge decision but we felt that we were in good hands the entire time, and he helped alleviate the stresses and fears that come up during the process. I will highly recommend Brad to any of my family and friends who are house hunting in the future, and if we ever plan to move again he will be our first call. Thank you so much!
