As home owners who were looking to sell our current property and then figure out how to purchase a new property at the same time, we were a bit lost in both the process of it all. Garrett made everything exceedingly easier to understand and had no problem re-tooling budgets and projections for us whenever we had questions or wanted to preview a new potential purchase.
If you're ever looking for a mortgage broker who will take the time to help you understand everything you need to know about your mortgage and how you can adjust it based on your needs, you need not look further.
I know this is a review but I just wanted to say thank you so much again to Garrett, for everything you did for us! We're super grateful and are very excited to start our lives in our new home, without having to worry about anything at all. -
