Blue Heron Home Inspections

We were so pleased with the inspection report Brad provided us. We had 1 week to complete inspection on our new home and Blue Heron was able to work with our schedule to get it done.
They completed a very thorough inspection and provided us with a report that was over 50 pages. We never would have known about half these issues had it not been for Brad. Thank you so much Blue Heron for giving us the confidence to go ahead with the purchase of our new home!

Brad was amazing! He took his time and made sure not to overlook any steps of his inspection. When his inspection was complete he walked me through his findings and took the time to make sure I understood any faults and what it could mean for the home. In his final report he included pictures with detailed write ups, as well as markings on the pictures so that it was very clear what area he was talking about.
