Greg was the property manager of the townhouse I rented in Abbotsford BC (Brighton/Polygon) for a two years. Greg's willingness to answer my calls about issues and they were handled promptly and with efficiency. He empowered his tenants to make decisions to best ensure the safety and calmness of his renters. If it was an emergency which was to be handled quickly Greg's instructions were get it fixed we will cover the cost. As a single person this was a huge peace of mind. Greg came prepared with tools and know how to fix or repair issues which arose. Thank you Greg for your kindness and understanding when I gave my notice unexpectedly...you made moving out easy. I highly recommend Greg Nicholls of Nicholls Property Management!! -

He can easily be reached if there are any issues with the rental property and responds in a timely manner. He always makes it a point to check in to make sure everything is in order and cares for both landlords and renters. Highly recommend him for any property management needs.
