I just Join this company at Nov 8, and just after 1 week training, unfortunately, I stranded In Hope due to the flood and mudslide. Luckily. My boss heard from HR Mgr about my situation. He was so worrying about me and my family, he decided to hire a helicopter to rescue me if I still could not get out. Luckily, at Nov 17 night, we have a chance evacuated from Hope along Hwy7, and when I back to work at Friday, HR Mgr give me my first pay check and told me boss give me 2 days wage for my 4-day stranding in hope. I am so appreciate for it, I am a new employee just be trained for 4 days, boss treat me as a family member, so kindness. I love this company , it is really a family company.
